If your organization paid for or reimbursed generic drugs between 2009 and 2019, you may be eligible for a portion of this $275 million settlement.
CONTACT OUR TEAMThis settlement resolves claims that generic drug manufacturers conspired to inflate the prices of dozens of generic drugs, violating federal and state antitrust laws. The settlement provides compensation to End-Payer Plaintiffs (EPPs)—including union benefit funds, self-funded employers, municipalities, and others—that paid for or reimbursed these drugs from May 1, 2009 to December 31, 2019.
The court has preliminarily approved a $275 million settlement with Sandoz and Fougera Pharmaceuticals, with additional settlements expected.
Entities are eligible to participate in the End-Payer Settlement if they operated in:
✅ Any of the 48 U.S. states (excluding Indiana and Ohio)
✅ The District of Columbia
✅ Puerto Rico
✅ The U.S. Virgin Islands
The only states that are not eligible are:
✅ Indiana
✅ Ohio
If your organization operated in any of the included regions and paid for or reimbursed the cost of the eligible generic drugs, you may qualify to file a claim.
To complete your claim, please gather:
✅ Tax ID (TIN/EIN) and contact information
